Steve Mumford, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of New Orleans (UNO), where he teaches in the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program and is the Founding Coordinator of the PhD in Justice Studies. His research focuses on the regional nonprofit sector and program evaluation.
