Térèse Coudreaut

Terese Coudreaut runs the foundation’s human resources, facilities, meetings and events, and archive. As board secretary, she is the conduit for communication, serves as the keeper of the foundation’s records and related materials, and provides advice and resources to the board to assist the trustees in fulfilling their fiduciary duties. Prior to joining the foundation in 2012, Terese spent over 20 years running the organizational development practices of various global consulting firms focused on delivering change management and performance consulting solutions on projects. Terese is the former Board Chair of the Florida Philanthropic Network, the statewide membership network of philanthropic organizations in Florida.
