This is a peer-led space designed to connect you with human resources leaders at foundations across the country. The group will build meaningful relationships, share resources, and provide a consistent opportunity to engage in collaborative troubleshooting in a trusted environment. Meeting every other month, this peer circle provides a supportive environment for participants as they navigate HR roles in philanthropy.
The discussion topic for August will be: Performance Management. This session provides a collaborative space to share experiences, best practices, and challenges in rethinking how performance is assessed, developed, and aligned with organizational goals.
