This is a peer-led space designed to connect you with human resources leaders at foundations across the country. The group will build meaningful relationships, share resources, and provide a consistent opportunity to engage in collaborative troubleshooting in a trusted environment. Meeting every other month, this peer circle provides a supportive environment for participants as they navigate HR roles in philanthropy.
The topic for this session will be centered on Reflections: Year In Review.
This session will give us space to celebrate the work we’ve accomplished, share insights from the past year, and begin thinking about priorities for the year to come. Together, we’ll take stock of the progress made across your work and identify areas of growth as we enter the year ahead. We’ll also make time for informal networking so you can connect with peers across the sector and strengthen relationships before we head into the new year.
