During this webinar, we:

  • Showed you how to utilize the CF Insights benchmarking platform to search for relevant peers and generate detailed comparative reports.
  • Discussed how to interpret the data to support internal decision-making.
  • Explained how you can gain full access to these tools and receive dedicated support from Council staff through the Plus Membership for Community Foundations.

Understanding the Fearless Foundation 11th Circuit Decision

This webinar focused on the Fearless Fund/Foundation 11th Circuit court decision.

On June 3, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled that the American Alliance for Equal Rights has standing to sue, that the Fearless grant program is likely to violate Section 1981, and that the Fearless Foundation grant program must remain halted under a preliminary injunction while the case proceeds in court.
