Join this peer-to-peer conversation with HR, Culture and Talent leaders in philanthropy to discuss best practices and new ideas related to talent management, organizational culture, and other operational functions. In partnership with the Disability & Philanthropy Forum, this informal conversation will be space for peers to connect and ask questions to enhance their work.

• How can foundations support creating a culture of disability inclusion and awareness in the workplace, where employees can confidently disclose disabilities, in order to expand employment, retention and promotion of disabled talent? 
• How to create an inclusive physical, hybrid and/or virtual workplace as people return to the office?
