This discussion will focus on:

  • How can foundations support creating a culture of disability inclusion and awareness in the workplace, where employees can confidently disclose disabilities, in order to expand employment, retention and promotion of disabled talent? 
  • How to create an inclusive physical, hybrid and/or virtual workplace as people return to the office?
