Briefing on the Tax Bill: Post Ways & Means Mark-up

The House Committee on Ways and Means formally announced last week that it will mark up its tax package on Tuesday, May 13 and Wednesday, May 14. The Council team is working around the clock analyzing new updates and the staff is working on a summary of the provisions in the bill that impact philanthropy.
