What Election Officials Need Now – and How You Can Respond

In recent months, local election officials have faced unprecedented attacks, especially from the federal government. Public Rights Project (PRP) is fighting back by providing technical assistance and convening support for hundreds of local election officials.

PRP is hosting a virtual funder briefing on Tuesday, March 17, from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET, What Election Officials Need Now – and How You Can Respond.

This briefing is designed for funders, donor advisors, and individual donors seeking a clear-eyed assessment of election risks and the support local election officials need to run free and fair elections and maintain public trust. Local election officials will discuss what they are seeing on the ground and what it will take to ensure the 2026 midterms run smoothly, safely, and securely.
