This is a peer-led space designed to connect you with human resources leaders at foundations across the country.

The group will build meaningful relationships, share resources, and provide a consistent opportunity to engage in collaborative troubleshooting in a trusted environment. Meeting every other month, this peer circle provides a supportive environment for participants as they navigate HR roles in philanthropy.

It is led and facilitated by members and is coordinated by Council on Foundations staff.

Who can join?

The HR Philanthropy Collaborative is open to HR staff of any foundation who are active members of the Council.

When is it?

The HR Philanthropy Collaborative occurs bi-monthly via Zoom. Meetings will not be recorded to protect privacy.
