The Council on Foundations’ Career Pathways program (CP) has strengthened and expanded the capacity of philanthropic professionals within the leadership pipeline who are considered, appointed, and retained in senior and executive philanthropic leadership positions.

The Council is committed to upholding the program’s core values of community, equity, learning, and development and will continue to ensure participants have a stellar experience. This community building hour series will give Career Pathways Alumni a virtual opportunity to connect, reflect, share, and discuss a host of topics – from national issues to sector solutions.

This Community Building Hour

We are on the cusp of a pivotal moment in time, following the Career Pathways method; to stimulate leaders to make impactful decisions, showcase diversity and support our communities, it is our civic duty to arm ourselves with the knowledge and insights we need to make informed decisions about the next phase of America’s history. Career Pathways Alumni with shared expertise in the civic duty of philanthropy will lead the conversation as we discuss how to speak up for justice, challenge the status quo, and think strategically about institutional long term planning as leaders. Join us as we discuss how we can affect the change philanthropy and this country needs as Election Day draws near!
