As organizations continue COVID-19 response efforts, HR leaders in philanthropy are thoughtfully introducing innovative practices to care for the health and well-being of their employees, while coping with new and complex challenges. Join us for a facilitated, small-group dialogue to explore the implications this pandemic is having on your organization's culture, talent and morale.

In partnership with CHANGE Philanthropy, these peer-to-peer conversations will be facilitated by Chana Anderson, an experienced HR executive, in dialogue with philanthropic HR leaders from across the country. Each webinar will have a slightly different topical emphasis but will aim to be responsive to the topics participants want to discuss.

The conversations are intended for philanthropic organizations with 20 or more employees.
