Tom Neff

Tom was born on the bayou, and he had to take a big job in the city because that big wheel keeps on turning. In spite of this, he is an experienced, world-class Bocce player and has a certain fondness for aged cheeses. In his spare time (because that is all it takes for someone like him) he is Chief Awesomer for the Council Site Build.
