Jacqueline Erickson Russell is a senior program officer in education for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she manages a grant portfolio that supports initiatives that recruit, develop, and retain teachers, leaders, and educators. She creates strategic partnerships to improve Kansas City education. Utilizing both expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset, she launched several large-scale organizations and campaigns in the region. Previously, she was a talent recruiter for the Ewing Marion Kauffman School and Teach For America corps member teaching and coaching with KIPP Endeavor Academy.
Erickson Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Yale University and earned a Master of Arts in secondary teaching from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. In her spare time, she chases after her toddler and husband, travels, and drinks lots of delicious coffee.
