Mary Lenn Dixon

The Rev. Mary Lenn Dixon is deacon for SoCo Episcopal Community in Austin, Texas. She has also served for the past five years as a dean of the Iona School for Ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas after retiring from a career in scholarly book publishing. She and her spouse are the parents of two and grandparents of five young children. Her ministry commitments have included immigration, restorative justice, and working with people who are experiencing material poverty. She is a member of the Episcopal Health Foundation’s Kitchen Cabinet, and she holds a doctorate in political science.
