Lorenzo Herrera y Lozano supports Justice Funders’ team toward cultivating practices that facilitate individual and team learning, generative collaboration, shared leadership, rest and well-being, and asset-based and engagement-centered coaching and supervision. Through these practices, we nurture the conditions for intrinsic motivation and co-create an organizational culture where every one of us can flourish, thrive, and come alive in our work. His leadership practice is rooted in two fundamental beliefs: 1) to do our work well, we must support each other in being well; and, 2) to move towards a shared vision, we must begin embodying that vision in the present.
