Chana Anderson is an HR leader with a passion for fostering work environments that are inclusive, evolving and healthy. She believes the intersection of people, relationships and culture is central to workplaces that thrive. Her 20+ year career of both internal and consulting HR roles spans a multitude of industries including philanthropy, non-profit, healthcare, financial services and technology. Chana leverages her deep understanding of organizational design, coaching and leadership to help leaders - at all levels - execute strategy, plus develop diverse and resilient teams.
She is a frequent speaker and facilitator on the topics of inclusion strategies, creating dynamic cultures, and navigating employment laws. Additionally, she is an item writer and exam reviewer for HRCI’s Professional in Human Resources certification. Chana holds certifications as an ICF Leadership Coach, a HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources with California expertise, plus a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies, and a master’s degree in Leadership. When she is not supporting organizations and employees to be their best, you can find her in the outdoors leading backpacking trips, surfing or indulging in her love of dark chocolate.
