Lindy Eichenbaum Lent is President and CEO of Rose Community Foundation, which advances inclusive, engaged and equitable Greater Denver communities through values-driven philanthropy. Through grantmaking, policy and advocacy, donor engagement and stewardship of philanthropic resources, the Foundation supports strategic and innovative solutions to enduring challenges and emerging issues in seven-county Metro Denver across a wide range of issue areas and populations, with annual grantmaking of nearly $25 million across discretionary and donor-directed funds. A veteran of the nonprofit and government sectors with the common theme of leveraging public-private-philanthropic partnerships, Lindy previously served as executive director of a Denver-based urban placemaking organization and as communications director for federal and local elected officials, campaigns and Denver’s hosting of the 2008 Democratic National Convention. A mother of two, she received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University and her master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
