Outstanding Corporate Philanthropy Leadership Award Recipients
The Outstanding Corporate Philanthropy Leadership Award Scrivner Award for Creative Grantmaking was established in 2022 to recognize an individual at a corporate foundation or a corporate giving program that is advancing the greater good. This award celebrates those who embody the integrity, leadership, and accomplishment that define excellence in the field of philanthropy.

Tiffany Benjamin, CEO, Humana Foundation
Tiffany Benjamin has served as the CEO of the Humana Foundation since 2022, where she built a new strategic plan centered on eliminating barriers in health and revamped the foundation’s grantmaking strategy to include multi-year grants and new ways of connecting with potential grantees and the communities they serve. She helped the foundation co-found Face the Fight, an initiative of USAA and its foundation to reduce veteran suicides that is now supported by a coalition of 200 organizations.

Dr. Marvin Carr, Director, Center for Racial Equity, Walmart, Inc.
Dr. Marvin Carr is recognized for his leadership, courage, integrity, and resilience while developing and executing the strategy and portfolio of the criminal justice focus area at Walmart.org’s Center for Racial Equity. Carr has focused on breaking the generational cycle of incarceration by partnering with organizations that are providing economic opportunities for at-risk youth. The Center’s collaborators have repeatedly said they appreciate how Carr genuinely has their best interests in mind, and that he’s willing and able to pivot on a dime when there’s an opportunity to deepen relationships and drive lasting results. Dr. Carr was also a member of the Council’s 2022 Career Pathways cohort.

Rosita Najmi, Head, Global Social Innovation, PayPal
Rosita Najmi is recognized for her bold initiative and strategic management of PayPal’s social innovation partnerships during the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic. New to her role when the pandemic began, she was the driving force behind PayPal’s selection as the private sector lead of an action coalition of the UN Generation Equality Forum. Najmi was also a member of the Council’s 2018 Career Pathways cohort.
