Katie Robinson

Katie Robinson (she/her) is the Director of Mosaic, a national grantmaking initiative focused on building a broader, more influential environmental movement in the U.S. by investing in field-wide infrastructure critical to the success of all social movements. She leads a small team and supports the initiative’s 16-member Governance Assembly—made up of the foremost leaders in the environmental and justice fields—in executing the initiative’s inclusive grantmaking process, participatory governance, and broad outreach and engagement with the U.S. environmental community. To date, she has facilitated the collective investment of approximately $27 million in 300+ environmental and justice organizations across the U.S. Katie has previous experience in design thinking, facilitation, social innovation, and environmental policy through her work advising public and private clients at Deloitte’s Global Greenhouse. Katie holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary and MPA from the University of California, Berkeley.
