This workbook supplements the Navigating Disasters and Crises report and serves as a practical tool to guide the development and execution of your corporate crisis response strategy. It is divided into five sections:

  3. Determine whether the company will respond
  4. Plan the actions
  5. Implement the plan and measure results

To make the most of this tool, we recommend reading the full publication before returning to the workbook. Delete any sections that are not relevant and add any considerations specific to your approach. This workbook can then guide response strategies and facilitate annual or biannual process reviews.
