Lottie Ferguson is the Vice President of Development and Donor Services at the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, where she connects donor generosity with community needs and strengthens the foundation’s investment in community. Her career focuses on enhancing Flint’s social, economic, and environmental resilience, with a commitment to public health, environmental justice, and post-secondary education access.

Lottie is a dedicated advocate for environmental sustainability, championing clean water access, funding for green spaces, and advancing climate change conversations in urban communities. Prior to her role at CFGF, she served as Flint’s first Chief Resilience Officer, leading city-wide initiatives and securing millions in grant funding to support resilience strategies.

A recognized leader in climate change, public health, and philanthropy, Lottie was listed as one of 100 ELGL's top influencers in local government. Her leadership extends to board service with organizations that align with her passions, including such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Flint, Delta Institute, Hamilton Community Health Network, and most recently Advancement Network (AdNet).

Lottie holds degrees from Central Michigan University and the University of Michigan–Flint. In 2024, she was named an Obama Foundation USA Leader, a testament to her impact on community development and resilience. Through her work, Lottie remains committed to ensuring Flint not only recovers but thrives for generations to come.
