Vice President of Programs
As the Vice President of Programs, Bridget Dierks manages Community Foundation of the Ozarks' grantmaking programming for its 61-county service area. Bridget is responsible for the CFO’s unrestricted grant programming including recent region-wide efforts to improve circumstances surrounding rural schools, mental wellness, outdoor public spaces, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Additionally, Bridget manages multiple private foundation grant programs and oversees the CFO’s field-of-interest grant programming, rural affiliate grantmaking, scholarships, benevolence funds and the Youth Empowerment Project. During her 17 year tenure at the CFO, Bridget has worked in communication, nonprofit agency support, and grantmaking. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Missouri State University. In her spare time, Bridget enjoys watching Kansas City Royals baseball with her son and husband and volunteering for her local public school district.
