Hana has a long professional history with membership associations – from promoting the programs of the museums of the Smithsonian Institute to working with local elected officials across the country, and working with an assortment of trade associations in various industries. Her strong commitment to membership development, ability to implement recruitment and engagement strategies, and experience in overseeing data management help to make her an accomplished association management expert.
Hana’s experience, extensive research, strong cross departmental collaborations, and attention to detail has allowed her to develop successful recruitment campaigns and introduce new engagement opportunities to existing and potential members to advance the interests of community based organizations.
Hana is a firm believer in providing an elevated level of engagement and service to members. She wants them to know that the investment they make in the organization is respected and appreciated. She is excited about work of the Council and eager to use her experience to help support its mission. Hana is a graduate of Howard University and was a member of the university’s women’s lacrosse team. She continues to volunteer as a coach to help to introduce lacrosse to underserved inner city youth.
