Irma González Neri is the Executive Director of the Centro Integral de Atención a las Mujeres(CIAM) in Cancún, Mexico. CIAM works to build peaceful communities from a gender and human rights perspective, understanding peace not as the absence of violence, but as the presence of justice, equality, and human rights.
