Jon Gruber is a Strategy Lead at Einhorn Collaborative, a foundation advancing the science and practice of empathy, mutual understanding, and relationship building. Jon leads Einhorn’s Building strategy, which works in a range of ways to strengthen social connection and social cohesion in America. Einhorn Collaborative’s participation in New Pluralists is a core part of this strategy, and Jon is a funder co-lead of the collaborative. He also recently served as Board Chair of PACE. Jon joined Einhorn in 2014. Previously, he worked as a management consultant advising clients across sectors, as director of education for a nonprofit that supports Holocaust rescuers and preserves their legacy, and as a teacher at a school in England. Jon earned an undergraduate degree in government from Harvard and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Lara and their two boys.
