Mala Nagarajan

Mala Nagarajan is a certified senior HR consultant who works with small-to-midsize nonprofit organizations. She is a RoadMap Social Justice Consulting member. Driven by a vision of strong organizations working collaboratively toward a common purpose, she approaches HR with a holistic, values-aligned, people-centered, and movement-oriented lens.  
 
Mala has developed an innovative Compensation Equity Process and Calculator™ that aims to reverse-engineer out (white) supremacy and re-engineer in equity. It’s a customized approach organizations can use to shift from a market-based salary policy to an anti-racist model centering on people living at the intersections of multiple marginalized communities.
