Marion Michieka

Marion Michieka is a Consultant in Bridgespan’s New York office. At Bridgespan, Marion has worked with nonprofit and philanthropic organizations across a range of issue areas to develop strategy and strengthen organizational effectiveness in service of growing and sustaining social impact and advancing equity and justice. Marion has also contributed to Bridgespan’s knowledge work, including co-authoring the "Race and Place-based Philanthropy: Learnings from Funders Focused on Equitable Impact" report. Before joining Bridgespan, Marion spent several years in the education field, first as a high school biology teacher and later developing and leading college access and persistence programming. Marion holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology from Harvard University and an M.Ed in Instructional Practice.
