Megan Lavell is the Executive Director of the Thornapple Arts Council of Barry County, a position she has held since 2009. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism and history from Central Michigan University. She has lived in Hastings since graduating from college and currently has a very full life here with her husband and two kids and her many pets. Megan is passionate about social justice, helping homeless pets, professional growth, good food and beer. She enjoys time with her family and friends, and can find the humor in pretty much anything.
