Paul Schoemaker is an author, educator, researcher and entrepreneur in strategic management, decision making and leadership. He was the founder and executive chairman of Decision Strategies International, a 25 year old strategy consulting and training firm, as well as the Chairman of two other companies in Europe and the USA. Paul served for many years as the research director of the Mack Institute for Innovation Management at the Wharton School, where he taught strategy and decision making. He was earlier a professor at the University of Chicago for 12 years and is internationally known for his 100+ articles and eleven books covering decision making, leadership, innovation and strategy. His latest book, co-authored with George Day, is titled See Sooner-Act Faster: How Vigilant Leaders Thrive in an Age of Digital Turbulence.
