President/CEO

Ryanne Jennings is the President/CEO of the Wayne County Community Foundation and joined the organization in 2019. She has her BS in Public Health from Temple University and certificates of Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Scranton, Nonprofit Management and Nonprofit Fundraising from Temple University. Ryanne is currently working toward her Masters Degree at Indiana University’s Lilly Family School of Philanthropy (anticipated graduation spring 2025).  Ryanne was awarded the 2020 Community Achievement Award by the Chamber of the Northern Poconos and the 2021 Arthur Watres Community Service Award from the Lacawac Sanctuary Foundation.

Ryanne and her husband, along with their two children, moved back to their hometown in Wayne County, PA in 2016 after living in Philadelphia for over a decade.   Ryanne serves as a board member of The Cooperage Project, the Pennsylvania Community Foundation Association, and the NCAC (Nonprofit & Community Assistance Center). She is very passionate about community building, public health and the power of collaboration and is also an avid reader.
