Tenaja Jordan

Tenaja Jordan is Research & Communications Director at CHANGE Philanthropy, where she serves as the principal author of the Diversity Among Philanthropic Professionals Report, and stewards all aspects of the organization's communications and brand identity. Prior to CHANGE, Tenaja worked with small and mid-size nonprofits on development and strategic planning through her own firm, My Seed of Change. Tenaja also served at various local NYC nonprofits in infrastructure and program management capacities.
