Tracy Cutler

As Executive Vice President, Tracy guides organizational and communications strategy for the Lancaster County Community Foundation. She has led community engagement initiatives including Project Activate neighborhood design teams, At the Table community listening project, and the ExtraGive, a nationally recognized online giving day. Her previous role as a founder of the hyper-local publication Fig® and private sector work in branding and communications for business, education and the arts have cultivated her respect for entrepreneurial energy and the power of community-building.
