2019 HR Summit
The 2019 HR Summit: Building a Culture of Equity, co-hosted by the Council on Foundations and CHANGE Philanthropy, is your unique opportunity to share your personal and organizational journey as it relates to building a culture of decision-making and best practices rooted in equity. This collective will provide a forum for peer-to-peer learning during which participants will educate each other, share experience, and transfer knowledge.
During this convening you can expect engaging, intimate conversations led by field experts focused on:
- Operationalizing equity in the execution of a foundation’s mission
- Obtaining buy in for equitable practices at the staff, board, and senior leader levels
- Sequencing an organizational journey toward equity with staff and manager development resources
All programming for this dynamic convening will be curated by Council and CHANGE Philanthropy staff in collaboration with a working group of foundation leaders.
The HR Summit is open to professionals who lead the human resources function at a foundation with 20 or more staff. The HR Summit is limited to 40 attendees. Please note that this event will sell out. Registration is first-come; first-served.
The Council on Foundations is recognized by SHRM to offer through this event Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This program is also valid for HRCI recertification credits.
