The Leading Across Differences peer learning circle is designed to facilitate connections, build relationships, and foster candid discussion about the rewards and challenges of working to connect and collaborate across differences. Meeting every other month, the peer learning circle provides a supportive environment for alumni of the Bridging Differences Leadership Cohort to explore the question “what now?” as they continue to build the muscles necessary to navigate deep divides in their own work and communities.

What Type of Topics Will be Discussed?
As a member-led peer group, discussions will be framed and driven by participants. Prior sessions have included skills refresh from the program, discussions around the bridging skills needed to meet the moment, virtual networking and peer shares for personal and professional journeys centered on bridging differences. No preparation will be required in advance, but from time to time the team may share resources with registrants that could help to ground our upcoming discussions.
How Else Can I Connect with Alumni of the Program?
Join our Alumni-only Linkedin Group. Request to join the group and you will be added by Council Staff.
