This peer learning circle is designed to facilitate connections, build relationships, and foster candid discussion about the rewards and challenges of working to connect and collaborate across differences.  Meeting every other month, the peer learning circle provides a supportive environment for participants to explore the question “what now?” as they continue build the muscles necessary to navigate deep divides in their own work and communities.

As a member-led peer group, discussions will be framed and driven by participants, guided by the peer leads. No preparation will be required in advance, but from time to time the team may share resources with registrants that could help to ground our upcoming discussions.

Registration is available for alumni of the Bridging Differences Leadership Cohort who are currently affiliated with a Council member, or Council member eligible, organization.

The peer learning circle is led and facilitated by former cohort members and is coordinated by Council on Foundations staff.
